Real update, woman!

RYC: Awww. That is a really cute idea.I did something similar to that for our first Valentine's day. I got this valentine's day chinese take out box looking thing from the drug store, glued scrabble letters that said WHY I LOVE YOU on the front of it, and cut little pieces of paper, then wrote all these reasons why I love her or what's special about her. I lost count at 450. Ha. And let me tell you, she totally loved it and even cried over it. Plus I got her chocolates, roses, and a teddy bear.

RYC: We don't live in that bad of a neighborhood. I mean, yeah shit gets crazy but not that often. I was at a gas station in a different part of town. I live in Phoenix.

RYC: Thank you. I know, 20 inches - for us - is a lot. Normally, we get maybe 4-6 inches and it's considered a bad snow for us. We're in Southern Ohio, it usually gets bad about an hour north of us.

He's been clean for a couple of years now. His addiction and recovery cycle is something ive been dealing with all my life, so its not new, it just disappoints me because he has 6 kids and my youngest brother deserves to have the father i did growing up, not the addict i dealt with in my teen years... i'm sorry about your fiance, sometimes they honestly just need a reality kick in the ass!

RYC: Thank you *so* much. That comment means the world to me. We really, really, really try to have fun around here. I try to do "fun things" with her on her days off. We go to the movies a lot, we take her bowling, skating, etc. Seasonal events, etc. I try to make her childhood fun and memorable for her, so it makes me feel good to hear someone say that it looks like she's having the time of her life.

We laid around in jammies all day today and relaxed.. watched tv, played the wii, etc. =)

RYC: Haha, I agree. I remember doing that kind of stuff with my Grandparents (on both sides) but I hardly ever remember doing it with my Mom. My Mom had/has a horrible temper. We did girl scouts for a few months and she was the leader of the troop and it was awful. We did a sleep over and she made 3 of my girlfriends cry and went home. They never came over again after that, and who can blame them.
