FINALLY the time has come

So I had an obgyn appointment at 3:15 today...to be honest I knew they would probably start talking about inducement today but I really thought they would schedule it for a week or so from now. Instead the doctor checked me out told me that my cervix STILL hadn't moved an inch so they are hospitalizing me at 5 pm TOMORROW night. At that point they will pump me full of some kind of medication that will start softening my cervix, I will then have to stay the night. THEN Wednesday morning they will induce me and I will have to stay in the hospital until the baby is born REGARDLESS of whether or not it takes one day, five days or whatever I'm there till he's out!! Since we are now having the baby I guess it's safe to release the names we've chosen...if it's a boy as they said it is his name will be Talon Tommie Alastair and if its a girl her name will be Diana Kelly Elaine...Tommie is after my grandfather who raised me in the boys name...in the girls name Diana is after my grandmother who raised me, Kelly is after my mom and Elaine is after my grandmother on my dads side..the three women who have loved me the most in my life or the one man who has loved me most in this world!

Anyway, obviously I'm excited after all what mother wouldn't be excited about finally meeting the child she's been carrying for nine months?! But I am also terrified, I just wasn't prepared yet..like I said before I was expecting them to start talking about inducing but not this soon!
