Yes I can any product with Benzoyl peroxide will help (It sounds harsh but it has been clinically proven to work.)
Before you go out and buy pro active though, (Apparently that has it in it.) have a look around where you usually buy you cleanse and see what you can find.
(Remember to moisturise still)
If you have dry skin, do not use any product with the above ingredient instead try a creme cleanse.
I swear by Neutrogena My sister swears by, Nivea.
I don't have oily skin and I use a foaming cleanser.
