Day 02- The meaning behind your diary name
I took my user name from the theme song of an anime called Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex.
The theme song is in Latin, Russian, and English.
I thought "Aeria" sounded very pretty, and it sounded very air-like, like being in flight. And I thought of myself that way at the time. Now I'm just so used to using the name, that I don't think much of it.
My head and my thoughts are much less chaotic and I'm more stable than I was when I began using the name. I was 17, and always sad. I was determined to leave, to change. Now I am content to be where I am.
My diary title is from an old sci-fi book I have called A Princess of Mars, by Edgar Rice Borroughs.
I am fascinated by space, planets, and anything of that nature. I also like sci-fi. I chose the name randomly though, and I thought it was quirky enough to fit my personality. So I used it. (: |
