passed the 50k mark, yay!
I have finally passed that 50k mark at NaNo! I think what finally pushed me over the edge was the 11-11-11 challenge - 11,111 words in 11 hours - which I did. And I am still not even 1/2 finished with my story - sigh.
Not much else going on in my pathetic and boring life right now.
I am going to spend the night at my MIL's house - she had surgery on the cancer on her forehead today and she needed somebody to be there with her overnight - I don't mind, at least this way I will know that she is okay. :/
Saw my brother last night - he came over to fix something on Kev's truck, and then I invited him for dinner - Kev had baked a ham - we sat at the table and had pumpkin pie and just shot the shit. It was a good visit.
Aaron called this morning - I think that he is a bit lonely - he'll be home for a few days in a few weeks. I can't believe how much I miss the little shit.
So, anyway - gonna take Sam over to my MIL's with me - that way I can keep working on my novel while I am there.
