I have not been doing NoJoMo - I like to write, but I don't like to be TOLD to write - if that makes sense to you - so I haven't been doing NoJoMo.
I have, on the the other hand, been faithfully doing my NaNo. What you may ask me is the difference between being told to write for NoJoMo and being told to write for NaNo? Probably not a bit of difference - I'm just weird that way.
Tomorrow we are going to Presque Isle to see my son, Aaron, and to give him his belated birthday present - a new generation iPod Touch. If anybody that reads me regularly can testify, I really do owe it to him, I got angry at him a few years ago and crushed his other one with a hammer.
My bad. I've already replaced it once - Aaron thought he wanted a more expensive one (which was also a phone) - but he realized that he really liked the regular iPod Touch - so, that's what he got for his birthday.
I'm dying to take it out and play with it, but Aaron never did tell me if he wanted me to register it for him, and I'm not opening it.
It's beautiful outside - I think I'm gonna take the puppies out and sit out in the sun and work on my manuscript. It's funny, while I was waiting in the office of the mechanic yesterday, I had Sam with me, and I was working on the manuscript. Everybody that came into that office asked me what Sam was.
I finally got tired of explaining that he was a word processor - there is only so many times that you can go through the explanation.
So, I'm gonna go now - 28 confirmed cases of Whooping Cough in Dexter, Maine (Ridgeview Community School) - luckily Cameron goes to the high-school, not Ridgeview, but he rides on the bus with these children, so I wonder how long it will be before he contracts it.
