Learning to cope...

It's been 4 days since my puggie left this world.

I still miss the hell out of her, but I AM learning to cope.

Yesterday I got a tattoo to "memorialize" Tara. The picture below (the heart paw-print) is the tattoo that I got. It's a lot smaller and it has Tara's name on the side. Love it. Got it on my wrist.

We had to put our dog to sleep in 2006 and I still cry when I hear of other people having to do it. It takes a while, but it does get easier. I'll never understand people who can replace their pet in a matter of days. We waited 3 years.
