Scream Me A Love Song. The world is completely technology based. Almost everything you will ever purchase, you either purchase online because it's easier or you do it because you do not have a choice. So why, in a world that is connected to the internet in almost every way, are we, as consumers, not better protected? In the past year, I've had to sit on the phone for hours with banks and credit card companies to dispute charges that had appeared on my accounts (I believe the total is up to 5). I take every precaution that I am aware of, yet this still keeps continually happening to me. Yes, some of you might say that I should stop buying stuff online... Some of you may always be aware that going to concerts is a hobby of mine (and my sisters)... There are no longer any Ticketmaster locations available for me to go to, to purchase tickets from an actual human being. I could drive out to the venue, that at times is up to an hour away from me, but that's time consuming of time that I don't have. So, what am I supposed to do? Go and purchase gift cards with a certain amount and use those to make those purchases? Again, it's time consuming and rather sad that we live in a world that I have to do something like that. It's unfair. I work hard to buy myself simple enjoyments life. I go to school to better those enjoyments someday. Yet, there's people who sit at home and try and figure out how best to screw the next person out of their money. It's frustrating. Stupid world.
