Beautiful Lies
You can say you love me,
You can speak your clever words,
But I see right through-
Those gorgeous blue eyes,
Everything you’ve promised is just-
One beautiful lie.
You can beg on your knees,
You say you can change,
But now I know those words-
Are nothing but lies after lies,
All you speak are beautiful lies.
You can tell me anything ,
But now I see through the lies,
So leave with your beautiful lies,
For I now know,
Those gorgeous blue eyes-
Only speak beautiful lies.
