1. The things you're grateful to have
A collar. Time. Food. Some money. Happy memories. Imagination. A continuing trend of health. Sunshine. My parents. My shirt. A liver of steel. My piano.
2. The things you're grateful NOT to have
A boyfriend who is apathetic to my existence. Anywhere to be specifically. A lot of backlogged chores. Excessive pain. Hardcore narcotics.
3. What you don't like about yourself
I bitch too much.
4. How you can change what you don't like about yourself
This and this (once more with feeling). I have no reason left to bitch, that's not 100% completely in my control.
5. Your greatest qualities
I'm funny. I'm stubborn. I treat children like grownups, and grownups like children. I'm constantly striving for self-improvement, but I never let a setback get me down for long. I am strong, and I overcome. I see joy in sadness, and humour in frustration.
6. Your life goals
I aim to be financially solvent. I aim to have a gypsy van, preferably self-made. I aim to be a safe place for people I love, both emotionally and physically. I aim to work the crisis line. I aim to be self-reliant, and refuse to except less than quality both from products and services I employ, and in emotional relationships. I aim to have my needs met, and refuse my troth to those who would hinder that. I aim to have honour. I aim to be my friend.
7. How yesterday's problems are today's motivation
Moderation in all things, including moderation. But still, it isn't necessary to do *everything* at once.
8. What you want to do today
I need to mail Douglas. I need to job search. I will send off, in one way or another, at least five resumes to people. I will do the rit. I will declutter. I want to do some more filing. I want to finish dishes. I want to do my routines. I want to do some other assorted cleaning. I want to get caught up on my correspondence.
9. How you can make someone else's day a little brighter
Look for the little things. Something will show.
10. You only have one life.
This moment is a good one. |
