This weather is nasty. It's SO icy today. I TRIED to go to work and almost wrecked my car! I was SCARED! I couldn't make it up the hill and my car for some dumb reason, got a mind of its own and started slidding sideways and I was between 2 light poles, I was praying to God I wouldnt hit them and I slid a 1/2 block sideways and the slid all the way around to face the opposite direction I was originally tryign to go. This is when I called my boss. I'm sorry but I am not risking my life like that to get to damn work, he was a little irritated, I told him if u want me there then come and get me, Im willing to work but im not going to die getting there! he said he'd just cover for me since he was already there and I called and cancelled my doctopr appt for tomorrow since its 35 miles out of town, I knew I wouldnt have much luck getting there, but my doctor is such a gd doctor that you cant get in to see him for months at a time, so I am just going to the doctor that did my colonoscopy since he did it, maybe this is better anyway who knows i just want some IBS info about my diet etc and a medicine and hoepfulyl by then (next monday is when I go now) my hand will be better. well im gonna go for now |
