TOTW Topic: If you could see any features Bloop used to have, which feature would you like to see the most and why? If you could have any feature that has never been implemented here at Bloop, what feature would it be and why?
Feature we used to have: I always liked the forums, and I think with all of us a little older, a little wiser, and with a little better moderation (shout out to Beth), I think this could be a really good way to reintegrate and reconnect the community. Without a little inter-community engagement, I don't see a lot of people going out of their way to browse diaries without content that they can relate to.
Feature we never had: Tags/hashtags. I know this is a little social media, Twitter-esque, but tags for diaries could make searching for relatable content a bit easier. People could tag their entries and it would make it easier to come across more obscure diaries that you wouldn't otherwise come across. |
