Update: Drumroll... did it work?

She told me I wasnt allowed to do something like keto but my low carb is unlimited veggies, three servings of fruit, and two servings of other carbs per day. Shes okay with it but I'll check in with her again Monday 😊 thank you.

I had a huge bottle of water and that helped a little but I still feel shaky. So I'll get some fat and protein and try that

This is why I have no laptop. I had a little one, an ideapad with 32GB on it, and there is literally not enough room to update. And people say you can't use Windows 8 any more because of security stuff. Is this correct?

There have been security updates since Windows 10 that 8 isn't really prepared for. For example, "ransomware", which is a virus-like program that takes over your computer, encrypts everything on it, and demands money to unlock it. Windows 10 updates patches those as they come out. 8 might be more susceptible to them, but as long as you're not going to weird sites or downloading anything from places you don't trust, you doing be fine.

Ah, that is good to know. I had no idea what the security thing actually referred to or what sort of danger it might present! I only really use a handful of websites, just social sites, no downloading.
