Ruth, she' confuses me with her short email responses ...
(edit) this is how a lot of her emails go, not just today. I wrote the same thing in the other entry about her. Today was just an example. However, in person, She (more than me lol) kept conversations going
(end of edit)
Jonathan: HI Ruth
I hope you were locked in an AC'ed classroom or office today staying cool.
I spent a few hours today with a computer specialist, installing some new programs and now I'm teaching myself the hot keys for the programs.
I am unsure if you looked on line at the pricess yet, but I found two very good tickets at a very good price on ebay for Saturday's game. The oction expires on Wednesday. Even though you asked me, would it be ok if I put a bid on the tickets?
They're bleacher seats
TATA FOR NOW!
Jonathan
Ruth: I already bought the tickets
Jonathan: Thanks! you're awesome
Ruth:Thanks! Have a good day tomorrow.
I was hoping to hear how her day was or something,. I find those short, few words emails strange. Short responses to me would say she is not interested but obviously she is (Edit) or she would not have asked me out on a second date before the end of the first and would not have purchased tickets to a baseball game that defanately cost some money.... (end of Edit)
She bought us tickets for this Saturday evening. A Red Sox game that is one that everyone wants to go to (they're honoring Jason Varitek, former catcher, captain, and the leader of the red sox over the last 15 years.)
I cannot imagine what she must have paid for those tickets.
I know she loves brunches and classical type music. Maybe I'll ask her if she wants to go to a brunch on Sun, 8-11 that my parents go to every once in a red moon. I would have to have someone drive me to her place and then I would give her the address but not where we are going...??? I do want to see the movie TED. I hear it is really funny with a lot of local (like...my town?) scenes.
thoughts about the short emails and all that jazz?. |
