I dont really have much to say.
I am still here and just very bored.
Except when it comes to my red sox who better win a few games if tey want to make the playoffs. They are up by 2 in the whildcard and down by 5 in the devision with 8 games to go. In theory, they could win the devision, win the whild card or not make the playoffs at all. So all I can do is sit back and continue to cheer for my boys.
Nothing on te girl front and nothing on the job front.
I sent my resume into a company and I just got one of these general thank you for your intrest, if your resume matches a job position, we'll call you.
My neffew's b day is Saturday. he's be 3. I'll probably buy him clothes. That kid has more toys that he doesnt play with, than Toys R US has to buy.
ya, so, like I said, nothing new here.
and I am sorry I have not read my favs in the last week, I dont know, nothing seems to motivate me right now.
So, I'm just waiting for something to happen

I didnt have to wait too long!
I went to work, and put my computer down on the chair I usually do, then went down stairs to see who's around and say hi. So I went down and I heard my boss on the phone. I waiting outside of her office. She updated me on things and I did the same. It wasnt much as we comunicate mostly via email since we're rarely at the house at the same time. She said that she had nothing else and I turned about 90 degrees before she goes "oh wait! I got something for you"
She is very very rarely tungue tied on words and usually says things, getting right to her point.
She was asked by the office to give a list of name of people who I guess should be recognized for their help during this very dificult year. She said that she's not sure she would be able to come back from having her baby to work if it wasnt for my support. "I dont think you realize how much you are appreciated and how much I appreciate having you here..." I smiled and said "no, I dont think I do realize it" "I know you dont. (in a tone that says "I wish you would because you are") "so here is a little something to thank you for all you have done" she hands me en envelope. "It's not much, it's just a letter. you can open it when you go home" So I took the envelope and went up stairs and ran my group and did what I usually do and put the "thank you" letter in the back of my head. I got hope and brought the envelope up stairs when I went up for dinner. I had my father open it to read outloud so my mom and I can also hear it.
my father says "there's no letter in here. It's a check for $500"
Was I shocked? that's about 6 weeks of my pay!
so... yes! omg! I feel appreciated now
A second thing...
In order to have the opritunity to purchase tickets to a playoff game, you need to win this random lottery. I did not win and neither did my my twin... but when I was at work, I got an email from my mom saying that she won the rights to buy tickets... so I am going to have the chance to buy Red Sox Playoff tickets!
