I wanna be a

01/13/2010

Artistic muse, my longest friend on here needs help on a school assignment.
She is looking for people's "love letters" Please go to her diary for more spacifics.
Thank you in advance on her behalf.

I wanna be a
1-12-10

I sit here at a desk for eight hours a day
I take phone calls and listen to what the customers have to say
I write down their complaint and file it away

I am tired of this job, I am tired of being here
I want to drive in a different guear
How can I help you sir? How can I help you mam?
I want people to know who I am

I wanna be famous
I wanna drive a fancy car, I don’t want to ride on some city bus
I want a big house and not just an apartment that I rent
Do you hear what I’m trying to say? Listen to me vent

I wanna be an all star
I wanna drive a fancy car
I wanna be on a poster hanging up in some kid’s room
I hate having to sweep up the office with a broom

I wanna be seen on ESPN
I want to see my highlights as it is shown, again and again
I wanna meet all my fans
Giving them all my autograph, every child, man and woman

I wanna baseball card of myself
I don’t wanna take down files from some high shelf
I don’t wanna work 9-5
I wanna feel alive

It’s nice to want things
Excuse me while I take this phone ring

RYC: Yeah I had to take a class on how to include children with disabilities into a mainstream classroom.

I've substituted in a class with mostly autistic children. It was a challenge since my degree is just in elementary education and I have only had one class on inclusion.

And your loss of eye sight/hearing is a crappy situation, but it seems like you have done a lot despite the fact. You're also a decent writer so yeahhh.

RYC: That's because the whole inclusion thing is "new" to most places. I'll eventually get a full certification in Special ed. as well as some other things. But as a teacher you're suppose to learn about all of your students and how to cater to their needs.

When are you suppose to be getting your license?

We cab swap places for a day. You can come be a lonely person with eye site/hearing and two jobs that are dreadful for the day. And I will go there and job hunt and what not for a day.

Haha this one was so upbeat compared to the past couple ones you did. I especially loved the last line on this one. It's like, ok, done dreamin' back to work now haha
