I am going to see Bon Jovi again!
The family who I stayed with and took me to the Miami Marlin’s stadium is letting me come down and stay with them and I bought the tickets for the concert.
I am still praying-hoping to see Bon Jovi in KY with Karen but this will be pretty fun too.
It’s on March 2nd, two days after my birthday and the beginning of spring training so they’ll take me to at least one spring training baseball game. So baseball and Bon Jovi? It will be fun
I think it will be my18th Bon Jovi concert in 6 different state in 17 years. How cool is that?

Last week Karen was telling me she hand-drew a quad-Celtic knot and it took her close to 2 hrs.
I thought hmm I wonder what it looks like. At this point, an image formed in my head pretty quickly. I asked a few of you, and you gave me your best shot of describing it and I called TX Lisa, she is very Irish and she did a pretty good idea too but I wanted to be able to visualize it.
I emailed my twin and after a few emails, I got it now. So here is my idea…
I am going to take a piece of Braille paper and using my artistic ability and great imagination, I am going to try to draw a Celtic love knot. If that is not difficult enough to do using Braille dots, picture this…
Taking a sheet of paper and drawing a very big K on the left side of the paper that would be about 8 inches tall by 4 inches wide. Then I will draw a similar size J on the right side. However, the top of the J and the bottom of the J are going to be extended till it touches the top and bottom slants of the K.
KJ and in the middle of the KJ I’ll draw the Celtic love knot. I’m thinking this may take me a few hours to do. I’ll put this in my Christmas package I’ll send to Karen.
Today I did a lot of my Christmas-Chanukah shopping. I bought Karen a nice heavy green sweater With sparkles on it Her fav color is green and every day I was with her, she wore a sweater but they weren’t heavy. she’ll love it. I also bought her dog a dog Christmas stocking package.

I then bought my sister an Itoon GC, my sis in law a Starbucks GC and my twin brother and older brother both wanted a best buy GC so I’ll get those tomorrow.
My mom bought a red sox jersey for my nephew and we just brought it in to have his name-number on the back that will be from me.
I also got D&D GC for my coworkers.
I got a bunch of cards today but didn’t find one I liked for Karen.
I have a few more people to buy for so maybe tomorrow I’ll find a good Christmas card for Karen.
