House HuntingWe saw a house on Friday night. I picked Mark up and then we headed over to the house. It was fantastic. I was able to talk to the realtor because she actually owns the house. It was awesome having that advantage. I asked her about closing costs and how she would go about things if we put an offer in. So I'm hoping it works out.
Saturday morning we ended up putting a good offer in. We're waiting to hear back. The realtor/owner should get back to us by Monday night.
