good food and good company make a fantastic night
Currently baking a chicken pot pie for dinner. Yum! I had left over chicken that needed to be used.
The cookout was great. I loved my friends girlfriend. It's about time he is with someone normal. I had a ton of food. Everyone got along great. It was a perfect night. I haven't had a night like that in a while. I wish they would happen more often to be honest. After dinner we sat around the table and chatted about random things. Eventually we ended up down by the water near the fire pit. Everyone toasted marshmallows. A raccoon tried getting close to use later in the night. It was a bit weird. After we noticed him, he turned around, and walked away! It was strange.
Work has been kicking my butt for the past three days. One more day of hard work for me until I get a day off. It's nice to be working though. It would be even better if my cold was 100% gone.

I am glad you had a great cookout! Hopefully work slow down for you, but i understand what you mean about it kicking your butt.
