Today is a work day with Silvia. She is my second employee. It's really fun working with her and I could tell she is having a good time too. I am feeling a real connection with her, but I have to just keep it at a professional level. It's good that she has a boyfriend and therefore I won't get any ideas. Anyway, Silvia is a very guy-friendly type of girl which is not a type of girl I want.
Some girls are too guy friendly, i.e. friendly and welcoming to all guys. Some girls are friendly to only good looking guys (and/or wealthy guys) but they make themselves unapproachable to most other guys. Some girls make themselves unapproachable to almost all guys.

Today I found out that Silvia's birthday is six days from mine and she is about to turn 20 next month.
She is such an adorable and sweet girl. But even if she doesn't have a boyfriend, doesn't work for me, and isn't my student, I shouldn't consider her because she is just too guy-friendly.
