I'm Still Here

Well I'm still here, just finally recovering from my wisdom tooth extraction which has not been smooth sailing.

Had my op Saturday afternoon which went pretty well and had low level pain on Sunday. Then it went downhill from there, began with increased pain until it was excrutiating and Ian my partner ended up taking me to a&e at 9.30pm. Turned out I had an infection so was put on antibiotics so I am slowly on the mend but been doped on painkillers and antibiotics. Luckily I was off work Monday and Tuesday, however, only managed half days at work Wednesday and Thursday to which I got home and slept, I just did not seem to have any energy and the pain still wasn't great. Ended up at the dentist in Friday which I did not enjoy one bit, he flushed it out which was major painful. The dentist kept saying to me 'relax' how could I bloody relax when he poking and pulling my stitches!! Anyways I'm feeling much better now and I'm needing less painkillers and I've not needed my mid afternoon sleep either. So hopeful I can manage full days at work and claw some hours back as I get no sick pay.
