Hah. I don't say that even now. I think the intent of the word coupled with a religious figure just seems a bit wrong when there's so many more things to say. So yeah, I would probably do the same, especially at your age. Just a respect thing. Of course mom would have probably smacked me, taken away my computer, and condemned me to my room. All deserved. (and that's coming from someone who isn't the most 'conservative')

Pleaaase, the floor is the biggest shelf you have in the house. Doesn't mean you shouldn't organize said shelf from time to time though. Plus, I barely clean MY stuff...that is until I get angry at the clutter and clean everything. It feels good.

My mom's never been one for hitting too much. When I was younger she kept a wooden paddle on the wall and I was terrified of it. So I behaved. We're actually quite similar though so when there is a tiff between us there's yelling and then a mighty chilly cold shoulder. I'd rather take a slap than her not talking to me. It seems like they're misplacing some of their feelings for her return negatively on you. Just lay low, do what they say, and try to keep the tongue civil around them. It might not stop everything but it doesn't give them reason to want to punish you, either.

What's best is that there are plenty of people on here that are lovely and willing to talk to. Not just me. I don't mind you gabbing away; that's perfectly fine.

Haha sorry, but that's the kind of stuff I write. I think it's because I'm 19 and my friends are older and aren't so bothered by it...

And I love CSI it's the best.

Nah. Everyone older than 20 are wicked creatures only acting of sweet nature. I'm teasing. Thanks. I honestly don't have an issue talking to someone younger than me. Honestly, there would be no mentor programs if older people didn't offer an ear to the younger people around. No need for some imaginary wall that says "I'm older. I can't talk to you." because it's stupid.

I can only deal with not being talked to for so long. I've easily had my moments with my own mom growing up but she really is someone I consider special and a best friend. It'll be a sad day when she goes (doesn't help she's now 61. Yes, she had me later on in life ). Are they angry because you've put off cleaning up your room? Here. A suggestion. Start off in one corner of the room and circle around. You're looking at it as one huge mess. Divide and conquer.

As for me? Watching Playing online and doing adult things like watching Degrassi because there's absolutely nothing else on?

Haha, I haven't really been all that active beyond typing up a few entries. I do have to say that my dearest darling has commented me, too though. I'm thinking they wonder if rather than being a 13 year old if you're someone older ACTING 13. It's actually harder than it looks. I personally don't care; I think you're 13.

Aw. I've doused a phone before. Not quite that bad. The trick is to let the phone dry out before even turning it on again. If you turn it on right after it gets wet you'll fry it, which is not what you want. The phone I had a pop explode on worked after and the current one now as I recall ALSO got pop spilled on it. Mountain Dew in fact--which is awful.

People get caught up in silly things. Just because you're young doesn't mean you should be treated like a leper. (And psst. I'll be 22 in 11 days. I'm practically ancient. )
