Hey everyone I'm a horrible blooper! I've just been really busy for the past couple of weeks, but I wanted to wish everyone a safe and Happy 4th of July! I have today off of work but I have to work tomorrow I'm thinking we are getting off early...I really hope so! I do get paid tomorrow though so at least I'll get a paycheck, haha. I haven't done much today except go to the gym. I'm going to see fireworks tonight at a park nearby, where it overlooks the ocean and you can see fireworks from the Queen Mary!It should be nice.

Hmm...let's see. I've seen 3 movies in the last week and a half. World War Z, This is the End, and Despicable Me 2! I can't tell you how excited I was last night when I went and saw Despicable Me. I even wore my yellow minion hat I got from Universal Studios a while back. I loved it! I absolutely adore those minions. I turn into such a little kid when I see them haha. They are too cute!

Work has been pretty busy. I'm about halfway done with our presentation that we have on July 31st for a client we already have. I'm feeling confident about that because we already have that client so it should be easy. I'm nervous about the presentation we have on August 6th though :/ It will be in front of a group of 50+ people (underwriters for life insurance) in hopes of getting them to use us as a vendor. I already finished that presentation but I haven't practiced presenting it. Gahhh!

In other news, I've been seeing this guy named Anthony for about a week and a half. The first thing he said to me was "Aww really, a Kings fan?" He's a huge Ducks fan so it started a semi-war that was flirty lol. He's 26, works at a paint manufacturing company and also plays hockey. I actually went to a hockey game of his last Friday which was fun. We've hung out about 8 times in the past week and a half! He's the one I'm going to see fireworks with tonight. I really enjoy seeing him and I can feel that he likes spending time with me We both love hockey and are really comfortable with each other. I'm not trying to rush anything though and I like what we have right now. I tend to rush into things and I always end up feeling stupid for it in the end, so I'm trying to take this slow. We're either going bowling or mini-golfing tomorrow night and then out to eat, and then he's coming over. He's a huge cuddler so a lot of times we just cuddle all night haha. I like how affectionate he is We'll see what happens!

Anyway, hope everybody has a great 4th and a good weekend!

RYC: I'm so glad you got to see it and enjoyed it! We were cracking up when we saw it. The minions are the best! I want my own minions haha :*)

Oh yeah, she was SOOO happy with all those books! She'll be done with all of them in a month though haha, but at least she can re-read them. She's re-read some of her books like 5 times.

She likes the aquarium too but out here they have them split up so we'll probably do that another day. I need a break from all the activities for a bit! We went to a 4th of July event tonight too. Lot of fun but I need a break lol I hope you had an awesome 4th of July!

RYC: Hahahaha food is a good topic! We will get the ingredients this week. It's been such a long week, we ended up going somewhere today too so only tomorrow do I actually get off. I hope she likes the dirt cake!

Oh my goodness, I read those books all the time too! :*) I wish I saved my old books too. We just don't think of that stuff.

Haha, I had so many Babysitter Club books it was ridiculous! They were the best though! And the movies! lol. I hope she likes the dirt cake too! It sounds delicious.

Awww! Funk you! I really want to see despicable me 2 and world war Z! My older sis is going to see despicable me 2 with here friend at the movies today though. Well, sounds like fun!

Ohh, I love bowling! I am not so good at it but it is always fun.

I finally saw the first Despicable Me! lol It was cute! I liked it. Now I am ready to see the second one.
