Bug fix: Comment reply notifications

Hello Bloopers,

Sometimes when you receive a reply to a comment on another diary, the notification wouldn't arrive in your inbox. This bug is now resolved.

Scroll to the bottom of the page where the copyright notice is, it says 'If ever in doubt, check the User Agreement!' - you can click User Agreement to go straight through to it.
