New Features, A Fix, TOTW, and 4th Weekly Meeting Reminder

We are plugging away at renovating Bloop! We now have:

Discussion Forums

You can now post and comment on the discussion forums. You can also link an entry to your thread as well. It was brought to Mark's attention that there was an issue posting to the TOTW discussion thread and the issue was quickly fixed.

Social Media Buttons

We added share buttons to the entries so you can share to Facebook, Twitter, or Whatsapp. Only you can share your own entry. If you would like to disable this feature, go to "Manage My Diary" to "Security & Privacy" and click on "diary privacy". Uncheck the box "Show entry share buttons".

Like Button

You can now click Like on entries, you can like comments, and Discussion Forum posts.

Bloop Staff List

A list of staff members now appear on the main page, on the right, under your diary options. If you need one of us, go there to get to our diaries.

Ticket System Up and Running

Need help? If you are having an issue with another diarist, a tech problem with your diary, or in need of any support go to your Taskbar and click "Get Help".

Get Help is available signed out as well in case you forget your username.

Love the “like” feature.
Could live without the option to share entries to other social platforms, but appreciate that it can be disabled.

Can other people share entries on social media? I'd rather others did NOT have the option to share my diary entries. - amour de bebe. Im not logged in for some reason.

Nope. The buttons only show for the entry writer

The like feature is great, but I do have an issue that is totally outside that bit... There's got to be a better way to post/manage photos on entries! I am terrified to go edit my most recent entry because when I do, it deletes all the photos I added to it, puts some on their side when they weren't uploaded that way, and I can't just pop them into parts of the entry I want to, lol. I've tried on multiple browsers and computers/phone, and it won't let me use flash at all.
Can we get a better way to do photos?
