New navigation option on the taskbar

Hey Bloopers,

If you're in someone's diary, you should see a new option to the right on the taskbar called 'This Page'. If you hover your mouse there you'll see a menu with options that were displayed on the side menu. Hoping this will make the new layout more functional.
