Profile pictures fixed, and support delays

Hi Bloopers,

  1. I have fixed the profile pictures. Please let me know if you still cannot upoad a picture.
  2. Sorry for the delay in answering support tickets. The support system suffered some issues. I am modifying some components so that I can respond more quickly. If ever you feel you are not getting an adequate response, please feel free to send me a message on Facebook or leave a comment on my diary. I promise I am not intentionally ignoring anyone!

When you say an icon pic, can you elaborate on what you mean?

Same issue, if you go to my bloop profile there's the picture i uploaded, but in this Beta Test, top right corner is supposed to be that picture. Instead it just says NO ICON.

it says that the picture uploaded, but your small little profile photo in the top right corner(beta style), is still the same photo you're trying to change.

Also, I just started another diary for my poetry, and everything is wonky. I'm trying to enter html code for the front page and when all is said and done it's blank. Not even un-html text is showing up either.

All the html gobbidy gook is showing up in the entries too, with everything being correctly formatted. I checked.
