Threaded comments trial run

Hello Bloopers,

In the comment areas on entries you'll see a new option called 'reply'. This will allow you to reply to a comment on that page.

This is a trial run. Still to complete with this feature:

* Ability for individual diarists to ban threaded comments on their own diary.
* Message alerts to the author of comments when someone replies.
* The multiple comment delete feature on entry pages had to be disabled temporarily as it interferes in IE.

Enjoy and let me know of any bugs.

Okay.. I just had something weird.. I left a comment and it had like 8 popups saying ... "1..2..3..4..5... here comes the new (cant remember)" .. then a whole bunch of grab.. then one last saying something was replaced.

So question: If someone wants to leave an anonymous comment, and I reply to that comment, will that person get a message in their inbox, even though I wouldn't know who it is?
