Dreams of my sister

First of all:I'm a straight female.

My sister and I are three years apart in age, and while we don't live together, we do see each other often enough.

This is really, really weird, but I definitely had a SEX DREAM about my sister. Two nights in a row, and I am sufficiently weirded out by this. First of all, I am not sexually attracted to my sister in anyway. I don't find her attractive anymore than I find any other pretty woman attractive - not in a sexual way, but just as an appreciation.

I seriously hope this dream has some offbeat meaning and doesn't mean that I secretly want to sleep with my sister or something.

They say that sex dreams are rarely about sex and more about something about the person you like.
I don't know if I'd buy it, but I know lots of straight girls who have offbeat girl on girl dreams, and it doesn't mean anything.

I agree with "a little one". I've always heard that sex dreams are completely unrelated to sex and more about feeling the need to 'connect' to that person...er.. non sexually. That's why people always have sex dreams about the most disturbing people and not people their actually attracted to.

dreams are your mind of sorting out the things that happen in your life. they may have no meaning together at all.

The mind plays tricks, and dreams need not make sense. Perhaps you should just dismiss them as idling of the mind, mixing external stimuli with memories and unconscious thoughts.

i wouldn't worry about it. dreams can be fucked up. i don't think they have any meanings at all. your mind's gotta do something while you sleep.
