Don't the women involved in this share any of the responsibility for what has happened. Or are women always victims whatever they do? The wives are vixtims and the mistresses are victims too. Is that it? Talk about having your cake and eating it! I'm not saying the guy isn't a sleazebag but the women have to step up to the plate too.

I agree, and you know they probably all have/had boyfriends, too. It sucks no matter how you look at it.

Whoever the person in the higher position is at the place of employment should know better. More often than not, this person is male. Women get blamed for things like this all the time. Who is more likely to get fired for such behaviour?

it seems like if the girls that are cheating with the guy don't because if they don't have a significant other. it's sad really.

one of my bosses (he was a co-owner of the restaurant so it's not like he could get fired) was like that. He slept with most of the waitresses and spread rumors about the ones that didn't. Obviously I had rumors spread about me and had to quit my job because it was ruining my marriage. Men like that just have no self respect.
