The boss's 4 year old grandson stands over the cheese we use to top your food and will drool in the cheese. He also will dig his unwashed nasty hands in it, play in it and also shove cheese in his mouth with his hands. We don't swap out the cheese, and the cheese that he plays in goes on your food.
The business can't afford to throw away a full box of cheese.
I am the last one to touch your food before you receive it. I also know that customers get angry if they have to wait for their food. Therefore, I don't wash my hands after using the restroom so I can give the customer his food on time and not get yelled at.
I'm not going to miss out on work for a cough. I may not cough on your food, but I am definitly breathing on it while sick with the flu or cold. |

Man...i've seen some nasty shit at fast food places...one time this dude scratched his nuts and kept fixing this person's food...
good thing the restaurant that I work at, is an open kitchen so people can see the pizzas in the woodfire oven. When i'm serving, I wash my hands constantly, and good thing the cooks constantly do, too.
