This is one of my favorite recipes that I have tried.
You will need:
1 pd. boneless porkchops (thick or sirloin)
1 cup of flour
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Half a bottle of barbeque sauce (tomato based)
I use Hunts Bold Spicy Brown Sugar
Here's how you prepare:
Mix the flour and seasonings into a medium bowl
cut the pork chops into small pieces and roll the pieces into the flour mix
(just like if you were frying chicken)
In a frying pan put enough cooking oil to cover the bottom
Heat the oil until it bubbles when a very small drop of water hits it
CAREFULLY place the pork "nuggets" into the grease and fry about 3 minutes on each side..
Once they are brown and crispy, drain the grease.
Then take the half bottle of barbeque sauce and pour it over the meat.
Mix well..keep on warm...
I serve it with white rice, it's very good. Almost tastes Chinese..but it's Susanese..lol
Hope you like it, let me know if you try it..
