a little too not over you - david archuleta
Well, this is going to be my introduction/update entry! Here's some things about me:
Hi, I'm Brittney and I'm the kind of girl who orders a salad to get something healthy - then eats all the unhealthy toppings and leaves the "salad" part. ;P
I'm sixteen years of age and I'm a jun10r at AHS. I'm straight edge, and nothing you do will convince me to change. I am my own person and can make my own decisions. I wear my heart on my sleeve and it's made of pure gold. I always put others before myself and I wouldn't want it any other way. My friends are the greatest and I wouldn't trade them for a million dollars - a piece.
I'm an aspiring writer, leaning more toward screen writing and I want to write my own book. I also roleplay on this amazing site called Paris Prep, message me if you like creative writing, I'll give you the link. :] I play the flute and piccolo in symphonic band at school. I'm in the 2010 class congress, the AHS science club and Big Sisters. I love school and I guess you could call me a geek? I play golf, I basically fell in love with the sport this past season. I'm on the Varsity Girls Golf team, and this past season ('08) has been a blast and my team is amazing. We ended up undefeated in the Mega White for the second year running and took first at the district league match! LOVEYOULADIES. <3 :]
I have low self-esteem, low confidence, a miniscule ego and a very bubbly personality. I'm shy at first, but once I loosen up to you - I'm a lot of fun, really! I'm overweight and I don't care what you think; I'm working on it. I am an only child and I love it. My family plays a huge part in my life, I don't know where I'd be without them. I love to laugh and smile. Board games like Clue & card games like Euchre, Phase 10 & Skip-Bo are my favorite things to do with friends. I don't enjoy being talked down to, because I am intelligent and mature for my age and I know it. I'm currently suffering from something us Archies like to call Chronic ODD; better known as Chronic Obsessive David Disorder. Yes, I'm a huge David Archuleta fan & he's become a huge part of my life. His music and himself have inspired me in so many aspects. So go ahead, make fun, it doesn't bother me one bit.

Yesterday was turkey day! :] And Jordyn had spent the night the day before, so I woke up a little after her and we hung around, watched the parade on TV and such. :] It was pretty fun! She left around 12:30ish, and I stayed on the computer for a little while. Eventually - I took a shower, got ready and we headed out to my aunt's house, which is in Canton. I love going over to her house, it's so cozy, and especially with all of my family because we all get along so great. :] I hung out with my two cousins Michael (9) and Mariah, who's house we were at (16 - but has mental disabilities). I love hanging out with them, they're so funny. xD We played Mario Party 4 on Game Cube (best game, ever! Yoshi, ftw), I had a spaz attack when I heard "Crush" by David Archuleta on the radio for the first time, so yeah! Aha, I'm crazy, I know.
Around 5:45 we all got together in the kitchen/dining room to eat. Best Thanksgiving dinner ever. I have never eaten so many good food items in one sitting. The rolls were AMAZING, the turkey was moist & delicious, the potatoes were out of this world + homemade gravy, YUM, corn, green beans, the best bread stuffing I've ever had in my entire life, and so much more. And we had a freaking plethora of desserts, it's not even funny. We had apple pie, pumpkin pie, peanut butter pie, two chocolate cakes, two cheese cakes, a cherry chocolate cake + ice cream. I swear I gained fifty pounds. Lol.
We left around 8:45 because my dad had to work, we probably would have stayed until 11 if he didn't. xD Anyway, I got home, just relaxed and I eventually went to bed at 12:30. I slept in until 1:30 today - chyeahhh. That's suuuuper late for me, 12 is usually my limit. But nope, not today! Lmao. So, I'm having my birthday party tomorrow. I turned 16 on November 10th, but I decided to have my birthday party later because of conflicting schedules, other parties and such. So, I'm prepping for that. My friend Kelsey's coming over to stay the night and and help set up tonight and we're having like, a pre-party between the two of us? Lmao.
Well, I have to get going - that's enough of this update. I'm going to the chiropractor. My dad thinks I did something to my sciatic nerve, so I'm going to get that checked out. Blahh. I'll update after my part, probably on Sunday! :]
