For some reason I can't write an entry in IE. The box only shows up as gray, so now I have to use Firefox. Why do people have to change things when there is nothing wrong with it in the first place?
Anyways....
Cameron's birthday party was Sunday. We went over early and got pizza from Little Caesar's. I got to play with him a little bit before people arrived. Mostly everyone got him a toy and some sort of clothing. Melissa got a kick out of the penguin pool. And she thought I got him too many clothes, but I really didn't. I was surprised that no one got him books. I did, but they STILL haven't shipped. It's frustrating because when I placed the order, the book was in stock, and now it says temporarily unavailable. So who knows how long it'll be!
He wasn't very excited about his cake because Aaron had a party for him last Friday, so we all kind of missed out on that. Oh well... Everyone left before we did, and when Melissa tried getting him settled down he wanted to play, so she let him. He's too cute. I can't believe he's not a baby anymore!
Yesterday I finally had a day off after 6 days. And this time I actually relaxed! Last week on my day off I went shopping, so I didn't really let my body rest. I had one day off in 17 days, and most people have 4 off in 14 days, so I needed it. But luckily things are back to "normal." I work today and then have another day off.
Tiffany had her baby boy yesterday! He was 8lbs 3 oz and 20in long. He's cute. It's crazy that she already has 3 kids and I don't have any! I would love a baby, but I can't afford it and I'm not settled. I couldn't imagine bringing a child into this world right now.
Mark and I haven't talked much this week, but I know that on Monday he was working pretty late, so I can imagine that's how the rest of his week has been. Story of his life...
