Yesterday morning I couldn't take it anymore and I sent Mark another txt. It kept eating at me and I had to do something! I said, " You've known me for 7 years and can't even tell me why you stopped talking to me (again!). Be a man."
Well I was actually shocked when I heard from him a bit later. I honestly was telling myself that he had a girlfriend and I needed to accept the fact that he stopped talking to me just like before.
Guess where his ass was?

Mark: Hey, sorry about that. I went to Hawaii and phone died. I hadn't talked to you the week before because work was crazy leading up to going on vacation...
I WAS PISSED! I threw my phone down and didn't even want to answer him. Then he said he was back and his phone was replaced and asked how I was doing.
!?!?!?!!?
So I asked him why he never told me he was going.
Mark: Wow I just looked back and I didn't... Sorry babe, thought I had.
So then I was LIVID! This time I didn't answer him, and then soon my phone was blowing up with txt messages. I think he realized he was in the dog house and I wasn't happy. If I didn't txt him back right away, he was txting me again. For the first hour or so I wasn't responding with too much. I kept things short and sweet.
A few weeks ago when the Powerball jackpot was high, he asked me if I would visit him if I won. Well a few Saturday's ago I actually won $12. So the next day I told him I won, but didn't tell him the amount, and wanted to come visit. Well he must've been in lovely HI because the response I got wasn't what I was expecting. So yesterday I mentioned something about it and he wanted to know how much I won. I told him it wasn't a lot, but it was enough for a visit. Haha!
He was supposed to call me last night but didn't, so now I have to find out what the hell happened with that. Good grief. I'm sure he'll have an excuse, which will just piss me off again. He has quite a bit of making up to do.
Other than that, things have settled down a bit since the weekend. I don't think Melissa wants to be here long, but she needs to save some money before she can leave. Her and Mom are going this weekend to look at cars. She should just get a used one, but says she can get a brand new car for almost the same price. Well that's fine, but your credit sucks! Right now she can't afford a cay payment AND a place to rent. Get the car, but then live here for maybe 6 months and save whatever you can. But she's horrible at managing money. She used to pay $700 in rent that included everything, plus a car payment and insurance. When she moved in with Pat she didn't have to pay rent, but went and got a brand new car and was paying $400 a month. So instead of saving that $300 she must've blown it, and that's why she's in the position she's in...
But she hates hearing what other people think. She just thinks she's always getting a lecture, even when people are just trying to help, so I keep my mouth shut. Like the other day... Colt had Amy send money to Aaron's brother. Well we all know it was for drugs! Aaron still lives with his brother, and whether Aaron is still into drugs or not, Cameron is still there 3-4 days a week. Supposedly she was going to tell Aaron he better move back home or he isn't going to see Cameron, but I know she won't go through with it. But this is about your CHILD! Why would you want Cameron in that environment!? But like I said... I keep my mouth shut.
Anyways... I think today might've been the last nice day I could've gotten in the pool, but Dad took it down this morning. UGH! He asked me last night, but apparently he thought I said I wasn't getting in it. Oh well... Summer is officially over!
I had yesterday and today off, so I better enjoy today while it's still early. I should take a walk in a little bit.
