Died around 12:45 noon, with everyone she loved around her. It was beautiful actually. She looks so much better than when she was living, the dying process just sucks. My sister was telling her to just fly away, it's ok to go.. her mom and dad would catch her. We burned sage, held hands, talked and laughed about everything til a driver took her body 2hrs away to UAB hospital (she donated her body to the hospital down there, where she'll stay a year then get cremated and sent back to us), then they got here, burned some more sage, my phone started ringing.. "brick house", everyone started dancing and laughing for a minute, it was a very good moment. Didn't want her to leave, but I had to. I miss her already, it's so empty here. |
