so this may be kind of boring but oh well this is my diary and this what I want to write about so ya.
My plans for the next 2 days absoutley suck, I'll be doing my test prep crap and having the test done but I'm so ready to kick it's ass and be done with it alll and start feeling better, forget what that feels like.
I just emailed my guy that I'm really into and im really nervous wondering what kind of reply if any that I will get.
So I am starting a new diet/excerise plan:
* I will use the stairs EVERY time instead of the elevator expect when I have shopping/grocery bags
* I will wake up earlier in the mornings, instead of sleeping ALL morning.
* I won't eat a bedtime snack anymore, nothing to eat for at least 2 hours before bed.
* I will drink more water and less pop.
* For my morning/afternoon snack, I will have some healthly like Jello, or crackers or carrots.
* I will eat more smaller amounts threwout the day, so I dont binge eat at night.
* I will stay far away from sweets (although I do pretty good at this now)
* I am going to TRY really hard( as soon as my health allows) to get back to work
* I am going to make daily goals and do w.e to reach them
* I am going to limit my time spent on the computer/watching tv and instead find something to keep me active.
* And I am going to start a work-out program and work out
Sound good? I hope it all helps. I am not like extremley over-weight or anything but to me, I feel fat. you know how that goes, LOL. But I have gained some weight due to my health issues which really sucks
