I had a thing with a guy for nine months before we decided to end things. A month and a half later, he was in a relationship [with a girl he only knew for about two and a half to three weeks]. This past weekend, I had a run in with him and ended up texting him after. He told me to have a good night and since he knows theres a lot of times I dont have a good night, I texted him saying I actually was for once. After a few texts, he texted me asking me if I wanted to come over. Being drunk, and still having feelings for him I did. We ended up hooking up and cuddling just like old times. Now I'm definitely not that type of girl usually, but I missed him so much. What does this say about his relationship though? I plan on not talking to him anymore since I do not want to ruin it more, but I have no idea what I should do now.

I completely agree. I use to think that the saying "once a cheater always a cheater" was so stupid. Until my ex-fiance started talking to me again. The girl he's with now is the girl he used to cheat on me. Physically. Anyways basically he cheated on her on an emotional level with me. Sweetie, a cheater is a cheater is a cheater. I really do hope you are serious about not talking to him anymore. He is not worth your time.
