Yes, while I agree with what the above noters have put, it is also the other persons responsibility (sp) to wear a condom. As the saying goes, it takes 2 to tango.

Are you sure that you didn't get it from someone else before him? I don't know how long it takes for the virus to show up in your bloodstream, but a week isn't very much time. You might have passed it on to him.
