well Aaron and I bought a house! I am so excited. Its a 3 bedroom 2 full bath, 2 half bath townhouse in Frederick. Its a forclosure and the bank sent the rattified contract back the other day so its ours! It needs a little cosmetic work but the layout is perfect for us. It has a garage, playroom downstairs, bathroom on every floor, master has its own bathroom and the kids will have their own bathroom. Im so excited! we have our home inspections on wednesday and our settlement date is April 27. I cant wait to move! Theres alot more to the story but i dont feel like typing it now but I just wanted to post that we are about to be homeowners! |
