quickie

03/04/2009

just a quick update on things.
Everything is good here. I got Brady's pictures back from walmart and they turned out amazing. I cant figure out how to use my scanner so I am going to have Aaron scan them for me probably tomorrow or something and then I will post them.
We finally got a REAL snow here sunday night/monday morning. We got about 7 inches, but it was so windy it blew all over the place so in some spots it looks like there is only about 2 inches. And it has been freakin freezing here since then! i hate cold and windy weather. its been like high of 20 everyday. I am not even taking Brady out in the snow because i think he is getting sick again. Hes been coughing a little at night and has had a runny nose so I don't want to chance it. he has had a tough winter as far as colds and sickness goes!
My pregnancy is going pretty good. I am so ready to be done. Its so hard on my body this time I am so much more uncomfortable than I remember with Brady. I really think work is the main contributor in that though. Sometimes I want to cry at the end of the night because I feel so terrible. It sucks because we cant afford for me to not work and I am only 28 weeks. I just need to stick out out as long as I possibly can. I go to the doctor on monday so I am going to see what she says anyway. Im also interested to see what the baby is measuring because maybe its just me but he feels big! lol
In other news Aaron and I are really trying to buy a house. We are submitting all the paperwork today to get approved for a loan then we can start looking at houses! I am so excited because it feels like it is possible this time.
Well thats about all I've got right now. Brady has been on and off my lap about 10 times since I've started this so I need to be done lol

Aw hun, you have just confirmed my biggest fear! I'm only 12 weeks, but I'm already feeling much worse than I did with Ben and working and running around after Ben... I feel like I've constantly got a hangover without having had a drink. Everyone says it's going to get better soon, but I don't think it will... perhaps its because we had such wonderful first pregnancies and no two pregnancies are the same - or maybe it is just having a toddler to look after that adds that extra bit of strain. Not that they are a strain, but we certainly aren't getting to put our feet up and relax like we did first time around!

I think dropping a shift would be a great idea for you, and as you get bigger perhaps your mum or a friend could take Brady for one afternoon a week and give you a chance just to relax and put your feet up? You definitely need to figure something out because as you get bigger its going to be more of a struggle. ((HUGS))

I can't imagine what 7 inches of snow
must be like!! We had about 3 inches this year,
and the whole country went wild! lol oxo.

RYC: Haha, are we expecting a 12lb'er this time around hun? How big was Brady again? To be honest I wouldn't know what to do with a 6lb baby, I'd be scared of breaking him/her. Let us know how the scan goes and we can start placing bets on the weight, lol.
