Bruised Lovely 7 hour shift. (I was on till for 6 hours so not too strenuous). Home, Insanity DVD. (Cardio recovery, mostly stretches thank-god. Then Kuk Sool. I said to my brother if they give me a beast of a warm up I'm walking out there and then. I couldn't handle anymore stressful exercise. There must be someone out there looking out for me because we didn't have too much of a work out. We just done body conditioning, break falls (which I still suck at) and then we just went through our techniques. So all in all in was a good session. However I do think I will skip the session on monday. I really need a rest day, I've been exercising and working out for 11 days straight. My body needs that break.
Cardio Recovery
This DVD still fooking hurts! It reminds me why I don't like doing Yoga! Stretching my body into awkward positions hurt! I know it's beneficial for me and quite frankly I'm thankful for the break from jumping around and cardio. I'm hoping the more I stretch and workout, the more it becomes easier.
