Flat problems

Everything is so stressful at the moment.
I am looking for a flat to live in, and i thought i found a perfect one, £450 a month for a two bedroom flat in a decent area in town including bills and council tax.
I paid the £900 deposit + first months rent and the guy is now asking me for another months rent.
He is going against the damn lease and just causing me so much stress.

I am living at my boyfriends at the moment cause his parents are away but they are back tomorrow and i cant stay here for much longer, I am sooo annoyed. I am trying to figure everything out but i can't seem to get anything sorted. And the only other flat i have found is £650 a month.

So stressed and i'm scared im ruining my relationship by being so upset about it all.
