Weight:139.8 pounds

I got the food journal but I forgot to write down what I ate which was stupid. I've been stressed out but that is no excuse. I will never lose weight unless I don't throw myself in it completely. I walked my dogs twice today and yesterday which is how I lost 2 pounds without counting calories. I'm such a fatass. I will be glad if I look in the mirror without thinking I look like a pig.
