I do enjoy getting letters. I have a penpal since I was at school. The school used to get us to do write-away which was a company for penpals and I started writing to two people – one I lost touch but one I stayed in touch… (I cant remember when we first started writing to each other!) but we started writing letters then email then we had each other as friends on facebook! then after few years we hardly spoken to each other unlike when we were doing letters – which we wrote once sometime twice a week and that was fun!
today we decided to go back to writing letters to each other… so that should be fun to and I cant wait to get the first letter!
I have even got another friend who I started chatting to on another website and have as a friend on facebook and we decided to write letters together so now I have two penpals (I am hoping one day I will meet them properly but until then we will be penpals lol!)…
I am very grateful to the school for getting me to do penpal and now I have a friend and one I met through a website and now I have two amazing friends!
So thank you school for starting me off!
