im trying to lose about 20 pounds before summer comes, any advice? im not that much over weight but its enough to make me feel uncomfortable with myself. im trying to eat right and walk but i need something quick, i need results.
there really is nothing "quick" but when i started losing weight I started the Alli pill and it helped me keep my eating on track. and i started running 30-60 min everyday. I lost 40 pounds in about 4 months.
Now I lift weights, run, and do the Paleo life style. (meat, fruits, veggies, seed, oils, nothing else)
