Happy Easter

I hope everyone has a happy Easter! Since we are under quarintine I am just cooking a small ham, sweet potato casserole, and salad. (Just me and my husband). This is the first year that we haven't spent this day with family and friends. Hopefully next year will be better!

Hey thats the meds they wanted me to go on, but im not a huge fan of medication at the best of times. i just realised there is a lot of worry over it, but not much support regarding the anxiety around it which i think is a shame

I am not a really big fan of medications either. lol As a matter of fact I only take my anxiety pill when I start to feel anxious! I have to take the heart medication and the blood pressure, however. It sucks.
