any fundraising ideas? ♥
I'm trying to raise money for Relay For Life (American Cancer Society) and I'm drawing a blank. I have a couple small sponsors for the race I'll be running for them, but I'm trying to think of some better ways to fundraise & get more people involved. Any ideas would be seriously appreciated!
Here's what I got so far:
- Saving up via coin jars. I set one up at my mom's house (who lives with a couple different people) and in my kitchen - so we can drop our spare change in it when we have it. (Hopefully no one will steal the coins, though!)
- Sending out an e-mail to family friends asking for them to write a check out to Relay For Life (so far I've gotten one $20 check).
Any ideas would be appreciated! |
