500 Calories is a lot.
So, on further thought of the 500 calorie challenge, I decided to wait until I'm down to twohundred to start it. Im just not in enough physical shape right now for my body to do it, plus the workouts that I've been doing are plenty for right now. That, and school is just so hectic that its really impossible for me to do any more than 20 minutes a day. The good news is that I am actually switching from the 500CC to another one hosted by ExerciseTV called the 30 Day Makeover Challenge. It's 30 days (with a few of those days off) to work out and basically change your body. They have different workouts every day, which is perfect for me because I get really bored with repetiveness. I did the first one today and (not to have TMI) but I'm sweating like a whore in church. haha.
I got this new application on iTouch that has a ton of recepies on it and it even gives you calorie counts. I found a bunch of fish recepies and veggie recepies and a lot of other stuff.
Im also drinking a shitload of water every day. My goal is to drink 90-100 ounces every day.

*EDIT*So I realized that the 30 Day Challenge required me to work out on the weekends. If I were living on my own, that would probably work, but seeing as how I live in a house with four other people and have to do my workouts in the family room, that just wont work. SO, I switched around the entire schedule (which wasn't that incredibly hard) so that now its a 31 Day Challenge and I get weekends off.
I have to figgure out what Im going to do with myself after the challenge is over, workout wise. My brother will be out of school around the same time, I think, so I'll have to find a way to utilize the computer while he's sleeping (which means getting up at the ass crack of dawn when I dont have too. Ugg. But at least my workout will be over and done with so I can enjoy the entire day.)
