INTRO
So this is my weight loss diary inspired by PUCK and Bottom! my regular diary can be found HERE! i looked into sparkpeople and it's really amazing! so im going to give it a shot!
ATM im around 140ish pounds...not completely sure so im taking an estimated guess. i'll find out for sure what i weigh tomorrow morning. and my goal is to get down to 130 at the least by 9/22/09 because at that point it will have been two years since the "wedding" and that's what i weighed then.
since getting "married" in september of '07 i have dealt with an international move from idaho to japan, my brother dying, 10months of the most stressful job ever, depression, and an almost divorce. and now that my life is back on track i would like to lose the weight. also i would like to look good before getting pregnant. as many of you know chris and i have been trying for about a year now to get pregnant.
and really that's about all i can think of now! if you're interested in following this diary by all means! and if you have any advice, tips, recipes, etc....feel free to put in your two cents worth
